We are looking to recruit an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our school family. We are a warm and inclusive Primary school at the heart of its community, situated just a few miles north of Lincoln. Our aim as a Church of England school is 'educating for life in all its fullness'. We are deeply committed to high quality professional development for all our staff.
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who:
- Has a passion (and experience ideally) for Early Years Education
- Is caring and compassionate with high expectations
- Has excellent communication skills and is able to evidence experience of working successfully within a team
- Is hard working, organised and flexible
- Has confidence in working with classes and groups of children
- Can support children with their emotional and social development
- Is able to follow the school's behaviour management policy effectively
- Is able to communicate effectively with parents/carers
