We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing strong relationships with our student customers and will be dedicated to promoting our residence.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site viewings, including common areas and available show flats.
- Perform general reception and administrative duties.
- Answer incoming calls and follow up on potential sales leads.
- Liaise with head office to confirm the number of viewings and bookings.
- Forward application forms to interested students.
- Provide potential students with useful information about the local area.
- Update the site's social media platforms daily (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Assist in writing reports and analysing data.
- Create, organize, and manage events on site throughout the academic year.
- Ensure there is always sufficient marketing material available on site.
- Encourage and respond to reviews on Google and Student Crowd.
- Actively promote the residence and any special offers to current and prospective residents during tours, University Open Days, and Housing and Trade show fairs.
- Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by the Assistant Accommodation Manager or Accommodation Manager.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met on site.
