Job Description:
This role involves managing key client relationships and coordinating the launch of new cosmetic, beauty, and personal care products to market. It is a customer service and project management role requiring engagement with internal stakeholders across sourcing, packaging, product development, technical, and marketing divisions. The position is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with potential to move into a permanent role. The role requires being in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day remote, and travel within the UK, typically near London, with expenses covered.
Person profile:
- Recent experience in the beauty/cosmetic/personal care manufacturing sector, especially managing product launches.
- Autonomous, organized, relationship-focused, and capable of managing projects to strict timelines and budgets.
- Full management of P&L for your area.
- Persuasive, service-oriented sales approach; credibility and quality focus.
- Natural project management skills, well-planned, risk-mitigation capabilities, and timely delivery.
This position is critical for covering maternity leave and is expected to transition into a full-time role.
