We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of BTR, co‑living, and SFR properties. This role involves managing on‑site staff, leading new build mobilisations, and producing performance reports. Your experience in residential management and multi‑site operations will help us deliver exceptional service to our residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Finance & Reporting: Compile budgets and ensure accurate client reports. Manage cash flow and financial records. Innovate in reporting and financial management.
- People Leadership: Set and measure performance objectives. Conduct regular team meetings and appraisals. Support team development through training and mentoring.
- Mobilisation: Lead new site mobilisations and advise on operational use. Set up supplier contracts and management strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and meet KPIs. Regularly engage with clients and document meetings.
- Operations: Provide management advice to on‑site teams. Oversee health and safety compliance. Stay updated on legislation and improve customer experience.
