As a result of continued growth in the healthcare sector Ellis Williams has an opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Architect to join our team.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working within NHS clinical environments (or comparable healthcare settings), with knowledge of HBNs, HTMs, IPC requirements and an understanding of how derogations are applied.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, accreditation requirements and regulatory compliance (e.g., infection control, accessibility, safety standards).
- Understanding of clinical workflows, patient pathways and operational requirements within healthcare environments.
- Experience delivering projects across all RIBA Stages including technical specification writing and tender documentation.
- The ability to manage internal teams and run a variety of concurrent projects.
- Excellent delivery experience working with construction partners.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Self-motivated and the drive to succeed.
Location – North West (Studios based in Warrington, Manchester & Liverpool)
