New 2026: x2 junior corporate associate roles – one standard M&A, the other capital markets. With a notably super‑cool partner at the helm, this firm is looking for equally cool junior to mid‑level corporate associates – 1‑5 PQE, or 3‑6 PQE.

Experience needed: general M&A is the most useful to the partners, particularly that of mid‑city and above lawyers. Capital markets work is also desired, as this firm is the go‑to firm for this line of work.

Remember, these are offshore roles and you must want to come into this environment; they are largely protected by the economical elements and the compensation / pay is good. You will preferably be from mid‑city to silver circle and above or similar, globally, but this is NOT a rule.
