NEW to2026: this 'old school' commercial practice is now in the driving seat in its local and London market, with its location able to fish in both ponds.This hybrid role is for a commercial lawyer likely to already be a partner or a 'super duper' associate. You will come straight into the firm as D1P. You will advise on the usual general commercial contracts, from technology contracts and IT and IP agreements to wider transactional matters, ensuring compliance. You will lead from the front as a new partner and draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, IP licenses and assignments. Importantly, you will have strong expertise and interest in BD and have a real want to do it and get under the skin of the local market. A great firm.
