Role Overview

Looking for UK corporate partner(s) to step into a US‑based firm headquartered in London. The firm is a dedicated global practice with a strong corporate footprint in general corporate and M&A. We seek partners or team leads with demonstrable business‑development ability and experience in M&A, private equity, and optionally equity capital markets or leveraged finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&A work stream.
• Drive private equity platform or portfolio add‑on deals.
• Explore opportunities in equity capital markets and leveraged finance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate business.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in general corporate & M&A.
• Experience in private equity, equity capital markets, or leveraged finance.
• Strong business‑development mindset and proven track record.
• Based in the City of London; fluency in English.
