Overview: Junior project associate, Dubai! This firm is looking for a junior to mid-level projects associate. NQ-5, but also 3-6 PQE. Experience needed: projects (a must), project finance, PPP. Useful is energy work to include power and water.

The world moves forward into 2026 and top deals are returning with vigour for this firm and its global practice with clients across the US, London and the GCC and beyond. Preferably you will be from silver circle and above or something similar, globally, but this is not a rule. ME experience is ideal, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute project-related legal work across a global practice (projects, project finance, PPP).
  • Engage in energy sector work including power and water projects where applicable.
  • Contribute to deals and client engagements for clients based in the US, London, GCC and beyond.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners to manage matter progression and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Junior to mid-level projects associate with NQ-5 or 3-6 PQE.
  • Experience in projects is mandatory; project finance and PPP experience is required; energy experience is a plus.
  • Regional experience in the Middle East is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Preference for candidates from silver circle or equivalent global firms, but not a strict requirement.
