1-2+ PQE. This is a brand new opportunity for a junior associate role at an elite UK global firm, in direct contact with the partner. The role is ideal for a City finance/leverage finance/corporate lawyer looking to dive straight into quality work under a known "nice" partner.
You will focus on high-quality leveraged finance work from the outset, often for clients directly, leveraging the firm's global network. Work will include:
- Engagement with financial institutions
- Private equity sponsors
- Cross-border private debt work
Ideally, you will have experience spanning leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and corporate products. Some exposure to private credit is also useful though not essential.
