Job Overview: This 'old school' National law firm is seeking to expand its London office and searching for an entrepreneurial IP Partner to build and lead its well-thought-of practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the firm’s IP offering across contentious and/or commercial IP matters.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value client relationships across technology, life sciences, media, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Oversee and mentor associates, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive business development initiatives and collaborate with partners across corporate, commercial, and litigation teams.
  • Provide strategic advice on patents, trade marks, copyright, design rights, brand protection, licensing, and IP disputes.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the department with a clear business idea.
