NEW for 2026: KSA/UAE: you will be placed as a legal director and will currently 'be' a partner or associate. You will already be based in the Middle East OR have significant ME fintech experience in the ME.
As a senior fintech lawyer, you will be well versed on regulatory compliance, digital payments, SAMA (the Central Bank) oversight, commercial contracting, and strategic legal advisory for fast-growing financial technology companies.
You will come straight into the team as a Director and immediately get to work on core advice regarding standard and complex regulatory and fintech solutions. You will also be expected to provide strategic legal guidance, ensure full compliance with Saudi and GCC regulations, manage contracts and licensing, and support digital payments and financial services operations.
Fluency in Arabic and English is obviously an advantage.
