NEW 2026: In-House: Fin Tech / Digital Assets, Dubai (Global Organisation), Saudi or UAE

NEW for 2026: KSA/UAE: you will currently 'be' a partner or a great associate! You will already based in the Middle East OR with significant ME fin tech experience. As a senior fintech lawyer you will be well versed on regulatory compliance, digital payments, SAMA (the Central Bank) oversight, commercial contracting, and strategic legal advisory for fast‑growing financial technology companies. As above, and as a partner or associate, you will come straight into the team as a Director and immediately get to work on core advice re standard and also complex regulatory and fintech solutions. You will also be expected to provide strategic legal guidance, ensure full compliance with Saudi and GCC regulations, manage contracts and licensing, and support digital payments and financial services operations. Fluency in Arabic and English is obviously an advantage.
