Qualifications
- Strong background in financial services regulation, including experience with payment services, virtual assets/crypto, and familiarity with Mi CAR or comparable regulatory regimes.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex cross-border matters and high-value transactions.
- Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to present complex regulatory issues to clients in an accessible way.
- Interest in and understanding of emerging technologies, digital assets, and innovation in financial services, with a proactive approach to staying current on regulatory developments.
