New 2026: junior corporate associate role .. this firm is looking for a cool junior to mid level corporate associate .. 1-5 and also 3-6 PQE. Experience needed: general M&A is the most useful to the partners, particularly that of mid City and above lawyers. Capital markets work is also desired as tis firm is the go to firm for this line of work. Remember, these are offshore roles and you must want to come into this environment; they are largely protected by the economical elements and the compensation is strong. You will also not sit that far away from London and that of 'London work' .. you will help manage complex M&A work, contracts and corp' gov.You will preferably be from mid City to silver circle and above or something similar, globally, but this is not a rule. You will,help adviseon domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. assisting with corporate reorganisations and restructurings. supporting private equity and investment fund clients. draft and help negotiatetransaction documentation. Managing client relationships. Contributeto business development initiatives.
