NEW 2026: 2+ .. brand new for us, and in direct contact with the partner at this elite London firm, EW is pleased to offer a junior associate role. This is a 'court heavy' role with Instructing counsel and managing the relationship with external barristers. You will attending hearings, adjudications and mediations and for those with higher rights of audience, conduct advocacy in interim applications and adjudications etc. This firm has astrong reputation in construction and infrastructure disputes. The team advises contractors, sub-contractors, employers, developers, consultants and funders on high-value, complex disputes across the UK and international construction sectors. It acts specifically in adjudication, arbitration, mediation and High Court litigation. You will take part in tribunal appearances instructing counsel and managing the relationship with external barristers and attending hearings, adjudications and mediations. Advocacy experience is helpful.
