This is a serious Global offshore practice with a fantastic reputation. It is looking for a corporate finance related associate lawyer, preferably from the City and ideally one that is looking for an all out change in lifestyle and work (London, Oz).
You will, of course, be a UK or Common Law qualified and ideally be a junior or mid level associate looking for that long‑term career and route or step to partnership. You will be looking to get ‘stuck in’ to the abundance of work that continues to flood through the door from the whole of the Global.
This role offers the opportunity to advise an international client base on complex, high‑value cross‑border transactions, working alongside market‑leading partners and lawyers from top‑tier UK and international firms. Matters typically include:
