Overview: As a partner or associate, already based in the Middle East or with significant ME fintech or digital assets experience, you will want either a shift to in-house or already be an in-house mid-senior looking for a global organisation. Some travel to the now buzzing KSA may be needed. The firm seeks to integrate mid–senior level lawyers into the team to work on core and complex regulatory and fintech solutions, in addition to continuing advice to IT and other areas. The office is busy and standard financial technology and regulatory work is available. The firm prioritises short, medium, and long-term career development and mentoring for junior, associate, and senior lawyers across the Global Regulatory team and the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide standard and complex regulatory advice and fintech solutions to clients.
- Deliver ongoing regulatory and legal services to IT and related functions as part of a busy team.
- Contribute to client engagements as a mid–senior professional joining the team directly.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior and associate lawyers within the firm.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Based in the Middle East or with significant ME fintech/regulatory experience in the ME region.
- Interest in moving in-house or joining a global organisation with ME exposure.
- Willingness to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as required.
