This is a well liked client of EW. This firm is known for its ground breaking financing strategies that are based on the strengths of the firm and the lawyers it hires; mainly in NYC but now, London.
You will work with the best lawyers in town and work with and alongside top clients such as investment banks, private lenders and both public and private companies on a multitude of capital raising transactions such as secured and unsecured high yield debt, syndicated loans etc.
