New 2026. In House: Dubai. Mid level lawyer needed for corporate and M&A work. This is a friendly UAE family run business and the previous UK lawyer was long term and has returned to Blighty. This new role is a genuine message to the market that this business is gearing up to take maximum work from the current climate and grow its bottom line.
General M&A and Corporate experience will be a 'given' and you must understand all of the surrounding entities that are involved within it. You must be common law E&W qualified. Arabic is helpful but not needed.
