Channel Islands: Employment. This is a junior - mid role and you will act directly for businesses and executives that need advice on immigration and employment. You will likely be from London. This role comes at a time when business is just starting to reform massively in the area; so why not be one of the first to make the most of this new and exciting employment role.
You will likely have experience in representation at tribunals, the Human Rights Tribunal, and also the Supreme Court. You will also be used to drafting employment contracts. As a figure in the department, you will be part of the team for all employment matters, fulfilling the roles of lead technical expert and project manager.
You may be an associate or senior associate currently in any global city with Common Law, with credible experience from a good/known firm. You will be looking to get 'stuck in' to the abundance of work that continues to flood through the door from the whole area; such work includes work from private companies, government institutions, etc.
