NEW to Ellis-Wake 2026: seeking a senior/partner level Common Law Data Privacy / Protection / IP lawyer for a special company in central Dubai. The role is within a high‑level corporate environment with a focus on data privacy leadership. The position emphasizes in‑house growth and partnering with a relatively new partner to expand the practice area. Solid London or Commonwealth experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead data privacy, protection, and IP matters within the corporate commercial team.
- Collaborate with a new partner to grow the data privacy practice and advise on related strategic issues.
- Provide expert legal guidance on cross-border data protection, privacy compliance, and related corporate matters.
Qualifications
- Senior/partner level lawyer with 8+ years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in common law data privacy, protection, or related areas.
