You will be a junior to mid level funds / finance / corporate / or asset management lawyer or be a lawyer with a really good interest within one of them. This role is essentially a funds / asset management role. As a lawyer aspiring for greatness, but also a collegiate working environment, you will looking for a change of location and dynamism in your new role. With numerous good quarters and years under its belt, this top tier practice is a relative safe haven in the current economic climate (or now regular 'ups and downs' in the Global economy!); as such, you will be looking for stability, 'hands on' work and for a route up the ladder. The finance / funds work collects here globally and you will be involved, from the start, in some of the premier deals, yourself - so you will be at the table. Depending on your experience, this opportunity would take a junior 1+ PQE and / or 4+ PQE. Experience will include: the drafting of documentation pertaining to investment funds, managers as well as negotiating agreements with providers. Advice on Ireland domiciled investment funds. Maintaining and strengthening current relations with clients.
