We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands‑on experience, and run for 12 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and iterate TikTok Shop user products, including Live, PDP, reviews, transaction flow, promotion, and other modules.
- Focus on user needs and competitor products, continuously monitor product data and user feedback, deeply consider business development issues, and continuously iterate.
- Communicate and collaborate across departments to promote high‑quality teamwork and achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long‑term plans for execution.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently.
- Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources.
- Well‑developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for user products.
- Bonus: working experience in e‑commerce platform or other social‑media platform is preferred.
- Must be able to commit to a 12‑week full‑time work period during Summer 2026.
