TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help our external clients and partners to thrive on this journey. As a Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritise client success and work cross‑functionally to help them reach their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with client side of engineering teams from select vertical or industry and managing and driving joint engineering roadmap.
- Work with sales partners to identify business opportunities for advertisers' business goals.
- Build and ship new products as well as end‑to‑end customised solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
- Influence the road map of product development to solve the business challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience shipping production quality code.
- Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
- Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics.
