Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end incubation programs covering proposal development, planning, execution, performance tracking, and impact evaluation.
  • Identify scalable growth levers and build horizontal enablement frameworks that drive mass seller activation and progression through key business milestones.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with category, operations, and product teams to unlock growth opportunities and remove blockers across the seller journey.
  • Manage communication channels if needed (e.g., Lark groups, instant messaging) to drive mass account management activities such as forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, and program rollouts.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, conduct data‑driven analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and seller outcomes.
  • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and next steps—proactively navigating internal tools, documentation, and resources to ensure program success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree at university, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full‑time or part‑time basis.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy, preferably in e‑commerce or tech.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and growth plans.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑starter with strong ownership and end‑to‑end project management capabilities.

  • Experience in managing large volumes of sellers or accounts (e.g., hundreds of sellers).
