Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for buyers, sellers, and creators. The EMEA Moderation team is part of the GNE organization, tasked with creating the most trustworthy e‑commerce platform with a delightful service experience. This internship offers professional real‑world experience through short‑term projects, on‑the‑job learning, and exposure to a fast‑paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the design or rollout of governance processes, policies, or operational improvements.
- Conduct research or benchmarking to inform team decisions.
- Analyze platform data or feedback to identify trends, risks, or opportunities.
- Help document workflows, write summaries, or prepare project materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues across product, operations, risk, and policy teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree, available to start internship immediately for at least 3 months.
