Responsibilities
- Support program managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of content partnership programs, tentpole initiatives, and global collaborations.
- Assist with operational workflows, including timeline tracking, meeting preparation, stakeholder follow‑ups, and project documentation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, content categories, partner activity, competitive benchmarks, and market‑specific opportunities.
- Help synthesize research findings and program updates into clear summaries, presentations, trackers, and internal communications.
- Support cross‑functional alignment by helping coordinate inputs from teams such as Product, Content Partnerships, Creator Management, Business Development, and more.
- Maintain program trackers, dashboards, documentation, templates, and shared resources to improve team visibility and execution.
- Assist in creating internal playbooks, best practice guides, process documents, and program recap materials.
- Support reporting on program progress, key milestones, learnings, and operational outcomes.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve team workflows.
- Contribute to ad hoc operational and strategic projects that support global media business priorities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
