The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement in the UK market.

As a Brand Campaign Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end strategy and execution for TikTok Shop branded campaigns, driving business growth through integrated marketing, creator ecosystem collaboration, and platform-level campaign innovation. This role requires strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, data analysis capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills to build scalable campaign methodologies and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale Brand campaigns across TikTok Shop markets, ensuring alignment with platform growth objectives and category priorities.
  • Develop full-funnel campaign strategies covering traffic acquisition, creator collaboration, content amplification, subsidy mechanisms, assortment planning, and conversion optimization.
  • Build scalable IP methodologies, campaign frameworks, and operational playbooks to support brand incubation, category penetration, and long-term business growth.
  • Partner closely with brands, agencies, MCNs, and creators to design innovative campaign concepts and content strategies that drive both brand awareness and GMV performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaign, Category, Creator Operations, Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Data Analytics teams to ensure efficient execution and strong business results.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis across GMV, ROI, traffic efficiency, creator performance, and content conversion metrics; identify insights and provide optimisation recommendations.
  • Analyse market trends, user behaviour, competitive landscape, and campaign performance data to identify scalable growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder communications, execution milestones, and risk management in fast-paced and ambiguous business environments.
  • Support strategic initiatives including seasonal mega campaigns, Brand Days, industry-level marketing programmes, and platform commercial growth projects.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Consulting, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, campaign strategy or management consulting, preferably within platform ecosystems or fast-growing internet companies.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving, and framework-building capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and balance multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong understanding of social commerce ecosystems, creator marketing, content strategy, and platform operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
