Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
  • Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
  • Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs.
  • Support new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time basis.
  • Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people.
  • Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, passion for turning insights into action.
  • Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
  • Commit to a minimum of 3 months internship period.
  • Majoring in HR, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields, preferably with recruitment or HR-related internship experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
