Responsibilities
- Monitor end-to-end logistics performance across the UK/EU fulfillment network and identify issues in warehousing, transportation and last-mile delivery.
- Track key logistics quality metrics, including delivery timeliness, damage rate, loss rate, on-time fulfillment rate and exception rate.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze root causes and propose practical improvement actions.
- Follow up on logistics exceptions and drive closed-loop issue resolution with internal teams and logistics partners.
- Support the improvement of KPI definitions, quality control rules and exception-handling processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, operations analysis or strategy analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems, analyze root causes and drive improvements through data.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics fulfillment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate with partners and internal teams in a business environment.
- Fast learner, hands-on, results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehousing, transportation or last-mile delivery is a plus.
