The e-commerce data science team aims to maximize the efficiency of e-commerce transactions through quantitative techniques such as mathematical statistics and machine learning. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with user growth products and operations to translate business needs into data issues to support and guide business development.
  • Support A/B experiments of user growth strategies and precipitate methodologies.
  • Independently complete analysis to provide effective recommendations for strategy iteration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in data science; background in e-commerce or user growth is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical foundation with deep understanding of key metrics such as LTV, ROI, user behavior, and marketing.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), with the ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and a solid grasp of its real-world application in business contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English; capable of translating complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to coordinate resources and perform well under pressure.
