Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and localizing creator online campaign strategies for different European countries (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy), ensuring they are culturally relevant and engaging.
  • Take ownership of campaign configuration and implementation within our internal platforms, ensuring a smooth and accurate launch.
  • Collect, clean, and organize data related to creator performance and user engagement.
  • Support the team with regular reporting and data visualization.
  • Conduct thorough post‑mortem analyses of campaigns to evaluate performance, identify key success factors and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Full professional fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking; able to break down complex problems and develop structured solutions.
  • Basic data mindset; comfortable working with data sets, and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a strong plus.
  • A keen interest in and understanding of the live streaming, entertainment, or social media industry.
  • Familiar with major platforms and what makes a streamer or content creator successful.
