The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement. You will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month internship period.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize end‑to‑end merchandise strategies for UK campaigns (e.g., seasonal promotions, Black Friday) by analyzing industry trends, competitor offerings, and TikTok user insights, directly driving GMV, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV) growth.
- Design merchant incentive mechanisms using platform resources (traffic support, subsidies, data tools) to attract high‑quality merchants and premium, competitively priced products; collaborate with the Industry AM team to expand merchant coverage and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Assist to create targeted subsidy strategies for campaigns and conduct A/B tests to optimise subsidy ROI, unlocking user acquisition and repeat purchase growth.
- Coordinate with Product, Data Analytics, and Engineering teams to consolidate product feature requirements and build data infrastructure, enabling data‑driven strategy adjustments and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- University students in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
- Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualisation); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e‑commerce platforms in the UK market.
- Preferred: Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
- Preferred: Background in digital marketing agencies, account management, or consulting.
