FMCG | Milton Keynes | Contract | £450 to £700 per day (negotiable for the right candidate)
We are working with a Principal Contractor on an engineering upgrade programme at a major FMCG production facility in Milton Keynes.
Two site managers are needed to start as soon as possible.
This is a live production environment.
The work involves installation of new lines, power, equipment, and associated services.
The candidate needs to be comfortable working around an operational site — coordinating with production, managing permits, and keeping work moving safely without disrupting the facility.
The right background is engineering or process manufacturing rather than construction.
Experience in food and drink, drink, or similar process environments is ideal.
Agricultural or heavy engineering backgrounds will be considered.
Pure construction site management without process industry experience is unlikely to be suitable.
You will need
- Proven site management experience in a live FMCG, food and drink, or process manufacturing environment
- SMSTS as a minimum
- Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain on engineering installation projects
- Strong understanding of permit to work systems and live-site protocols
