We are looking for Recruitment Consultants and leaders who want personal and professional career growth long term. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work with clients and candidates providing solutions focused resources which promote enhanced productivity, performance and transformation. Building a network of trusted partners, you will use your skills to ensure you find the right people for the right requirements.

This position will require you to work the hours of 10am – 7pm GMT to support our U.S. team.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop fundamental recruitment skills and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Conduct cold calling and business development, expanding current and new client relationships in the Oracle recruitment industry
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, creating a solid talent pool for future placements
  • Identify future business opportunities and devise strategic growth plans
  • Manage the full recruitment processes and experience for clients and candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into suitable roles
