We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Finance transformation programmes, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimisation initiatives. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of finance processes and Oracle Financials solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Finance projects and finance transformation programmes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
- Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and steering committee updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget constraints.
- Manage project documentation, change control, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Technology, PMO, business leaders, and third-party partners.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive stakeholder meetings.
- Provide clear communication on project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and functional leads.
