The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Oracle Delivery Managers to lead the successful delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and Procurement workstreams.
This is an excellent opportunity for delivery-focused professionals who can manage complex stakeholder environments, drive programme outcomes, and ensure successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions within public sector and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programmes and projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and programme sponsors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical specialists, architects, and third-party suppliers.
- Drive governance, reporting, and programme assurance activities.
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Manage RAID logs, delivery plans, and project controls.
- Support business change, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Maintain delivery excellence while operating within secure and regulated environments.
- Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or Senior Project Manager delivering Oracle Cloud programmes.
• Strong background in one or more of the following areas
- Oracle Fusion Finance
- Oracle Fusion HCM
- Oracle Payroll
- Oracle Procurement
- Demonstrable experience managing complex enterprise transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within government, public sector, defence, or highly regulated organisations is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and delivery teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and programme controls.
- Security Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is highly desirable.
- Candidates who are SC eligible and able to obtain clearance will also be considered.
Desirable Skills
- Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP and HR transformation programmes.
