About the Role

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations, optimizations, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules—with a heavy focus on Payroll and Workforce Compensation. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and HR/Payroll teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Workforce Compensation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to capture business processes, configuration requirements, and local payroll compliance rules.
  • System Configuration: Configure elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, payroll flows, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and cycles.
  • Testing & Support: Prepare test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support parallel payroll runs, and resolve go-live issues.
  • Integration & Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., time & labor, general ledger, third-party benefits) and custom OTBI/BI Publisher reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, Payroll Directors, and business leaders.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Hands-on Experience: 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (specifically Payroll and Workforce Compensation).
  • Payroll Expertise: Deep understanding of payroll processing, element design, fast formulas, retro-pay, and payroll taxation/compliance.
  • Compensation Expertise: Demonstrated experience configuring merit cycles, bonus plans, budget pools, and compensation sheets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Payroll Flow Security.
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll/Compensation certifications are a strong plus.
  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
