We’re a specialist recruitment and professional services talent group operating across Europe in the Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft contract markets. We support organisations by supplying experienced consultants into live project environments, working across time‑and‑materials and SOW‑based engagements. This is a trainee recruitment‑based role focused on the SAP contract market. It is not permanent recruitment and not transactional sales. London (Richmond - 6 mins from Clapham Junction) based. The work is consultative in nature and closer to professional services and consulting sales, where credibility, preparation, and long‑term client relationships matter.
We are specifically looking for a fluent German speaker to focus on developing the German SAP market as part of our wider European business.
The role:
- You’ll join a collaborative client development team and train to build relationships with SAP clients in Germany.
- With structured training and ongoing support, you will learn how to:
- Develop professional relationships with German SAP clients
- Understand SAP project environments and how contract consultants add value
- Engage clients through well‑researched outreach in German and English
- Build accounts through consistency, follow‑up, and credibility
