We’re a specialist recruitment and professional services talent group operating across Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft technologies. We support blue chip organisations across Europe and the US by supplying contract consultants into live project environments, working across time-and-materials and SOW-based engagements.
This is a recruitment-based role. It is not permanent recruitment and not transactional sales. The work is closer to professional services and consulting sales, where credibility, understanding project delivery, and long-term client relationships matter.
We’re looking for fluent European language speakers who are early in their career and interested in developing client relationships in a structured, consultative, project-led environment.
The role:
- You’ll be part of a collaborative client development team, working alongside experienced consultants and delivery specialists.
- With training and ongoing support, you’ll learn how to:
- Develop professional relationships with clients across European markets
- Understand Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft project environments and where contract talent adds value
- Engage clients through thoughtful, well-researched outreach
- Build accounts through consistency, follow-up, and credibility
- Work closely with project teams to support successful project outcomes
This role involves learning how enterprise projects are staffed and delivered. Success comes from trust, preparation, and understanding client context, not quick wins.
Who we’re looking for:
This role suits early-career candidates, including graduates, though a degree is not essential. We care more about mindset and potential than prior recruitment experience.
- You’ll likely be:
- Fluent in at least one European language, plus English
- Curious about business, technology, and how organisations operate
- Comfortable having professional conversations with senior stakeholders
- Motivated, resilient, and willing to learn a specialist market
- Collaborative and open to coaching and feedback
Our values are simple and real: Connected, Collaborative, and Curious.
What you’ll get:
- A clear development path with structured training
- Ongoing coaching in contract recruitment, client development, and market knowledge
- Exposure to enterprise-level technology programmes and global clients
- A supportive, international team environment
- A long-term career opportunity within contract recruitment and professional services markets
If you’re a fluent language speaker who enjoys building relationships and wants to develop commercial skills in a consultative, project-driven recruitment environment, we’d like to hear from you.
