This role is for people who want to move fast, learn from top performers, and develop into full 360 consultants operating in ERP and enterprise technology markets (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
From day one, you will be trained to win, not just support.
What you will be doing:

- Building strong, commercial relationships with candidates and clients.
- Supporting and learning business development, identifying leads, qualifying opportunities, and understanding client needs.
- Managing recruitment processes from first conversation through to placement.
- Learning how to sell roles, manage objections, and close deals.
- Working closely with our most senior consultants to accelerate your development into a revenue-generating consultant.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (ideally IT / tech / ERP).
- A strong sales mindset, driven, competitive, and commercially aware.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to progress quickly.
- Resilient and comfortable working in a performance-led environment.
This is not a pure resourcing role. It's a training ground for future top billers.
