As the Group continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Fabrication Manager to help develop and lead our growing manufacturing operation within our manufacturing arm. This is not a tick-box management role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and is passionate about building a high-performing fabrication team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we organise production, develop our people, improve standards and continuously find better ways of working. The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable balancing people, production, quality, safety and customer deadlines. You’ll work closely with Sales, Procurement, NPD and Operations to ensure we deliver high-quality work efficiently and on time. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, resilient and technically capable in both MIG and TIG welding, with the confidence to raise the bar on standards, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
