Ellis Mack is working with an established, luxury country 5-star Hotel, situated in its own picturesque grounds. They are looking for a Pastry Chef to join this dynamic team.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for Pastry requirements for the entire operation.
  • Maintaining & driving consistently high standards of produce.
  • Daily Stock Control & ordering for your area.
  • Decorating pastries and other desserts using a variety of different sauces, toppings etc.
  • Input into all areas of kitchen management including all KPI targets such as GP %, environmental health issues, menu design etc.

Skills/Experience:

  • Have experience in a similarly high-quality operation.
  • Possess a passion and knowledge for food.
  • Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
  • Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
  • Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Have excellent personal presentation and be always consummately professional.
