Ellis Mack is currently recruiting for this multi-site venue. The site spans across four floors and includes a modern take on traditional pub, high-end restaurant celebrating Scottish produce and a Mediterranean inspired all-day dining spot.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Cooking and managing breakfast service
- Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times
- Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and regulations
