Ellis Mack has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Wedding Co-ordinator / Events Manager to join a stunning, exclusive events/weddings only venue in central belt. Live in available or commute, this position offers excellent work life balance opportunities. Busy in summer but significant downtime in winter months.

The successful candidate will be passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences while managing events from initial enquiry through to flawless execution.
- Managing wedding and event enquiries from consultation through to completion.
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand and deliver their vision.
- Coordinating all aspects of weddings, private functions, and corporate events.
- Conducting venue show-rounds and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Liaising with suppliers, kitchen teams, and operational staff to ensure seamless delivery.
- Managing event timelines, function sheets, and operational planning.
- Driving sales through networking, marketing initiatives, and venue promotion.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service across every stage of the guest journey.
- Managing budgets, deposits, invoicing, and event reconciliation.
- Supporting and developing the events team to ensure operational excellence.
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience within weddings, events, or hospitality management.
