Ellis Mack is currently working with a newly refurbished 5 star property in central belt Scotland. This is a thriving ambitious hospitality operation, combining 3 AA Rosette/Brasserie & high-end C&B. It is a multi-faceted prestigious site offering an excellent package and career progression opportunities!

Working with the kitchen team exclusively for the newly opened brasserie, this latest addition to the already superb dining experiences available throughout the resort will bring a touch of France to rural Perthshire. The venue will offer an elegant yet high-tempo dining experience throughout the day, and service will blend seamlessly from breakfast through to lunch and on to an evening dining experience.

Expectations

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and creative Sous Chef who can lead from the front and support the Head Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef who likes to work with top produce and be part of a winning team.

The Perfect Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience within either 5* Hotel or a high-end quality Brasserie or dining experience is essential.
  • You will be creative and highly organised with a career that demonstrates a good track record of progression and stability within the roles you have held.
