Multi-faceted operation (bar, expansive beer garden and large function and events space), looking for experienced Head Chef to drive standards & operation to next level
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Entire responsibility for the catering operation
- delivering consistently high standards of menu, produce and dish presentation
- Recruitment and training of junior members of staff.
- Daily Stock Control ordering.
- Input into all areas of kitchen management Inc. all KPI targets such as GP %, environmental health issues, menu design etc.
Skills/Experience
- Have Head Chef Experience in a similarly high-quality operation.
- Possess a passion and knowledge for food.
- Be driven and Self-motivated.
- Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Hold Appropriate professional qualifications for the role
