Ellis Jones Solicitors are looking for a self‐motivated Paralegal with a positive attitude to join our very busy but friendly Canford Cliffs office. This role is a full‐time position and would suit someone who would enjoy working in a challenging, busy and professional environment.

The role will involve:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence following advice provided by the team's lawyers
  • Progressing files and liaising with clients, institutions and colleagues as necessary

The ideal candidate does not need experience within a Wills, Trusts and Probate department (although that would be preferred) however they must have exceptional attention to detail and great inter‐personal skills as it involves close communication with other members of the team and our clients, including high net worth individuals. The candidate should be able to juggle busy workloads and be able to use their own initiative, as well as collaborate as part of a team.

The successful candidate should have at least one of the following:

  • Law degree
  • LPC
  • Studying towards a CILEX qualification
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary and has a desire to take the next step
