The Team
We are a full-service team with recognised depth and breadth across both financial and children matters and enjoy an outstanding reputation. The team is particularly noted for its ability to handle complex and high-value financial cases, frequently involving pensions, trusts, private companies, insolvency issues, cross-jurisdictional assets, and pre-nuptial agreements. Its children practice is equally strong, with a standout reputation for internal and international relocation disputes, international child abduction, and domestic abuse. You will be expected to assist in their matters but also to work independently on smaller cases. You will also be required to engage in marketing and business development activities, and we would support you to obtain Resolution accreditation if you do not already have this.

- Divorce and CP dissolution
- Financial matters involving pensions, private companies, property portfolios, and tax issues
- Variations of maintenance applications
- Schedule 1 cases
- Cohabitation disputes
- Children (private law) disputes including internal and international relocation. Knowledge of child abduction work is not essential.
